Customer Sales Representative

Our Customer Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, taking orders and confirming availability, and finally invoicing customers. Our Customer Sales Rep is the first interaction we have with our customers at the nursery and over the phone.

With a long history of serving central and west Texas, Wolfe Nursery is widely known for our one-stop shop selection of plant material. Wolfe Nursery applies unprecedented customer service to all aspects of the business to ensure the highest quality of plant material delivered to our customers.

 Job Functions

  • Offering customer service while taking and inputting orders.
  • Providing customers with availability and quality of plant material.
  • Updating orders in our system.
  • Following up with customers on quotes and orders.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers.

 Job Skills

  • Horticulture/Plant knowledge required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Able to work in an office and yard environment.
  • Team oriented with very good organization skills.
  • Basic systems knowledge including MS Office.

4 year degree preferred/ equivalent experience

 

 

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: 6 paid holidays, M-F work week
