Daily, you will field call and emails from customers, answering questions about our products, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints. You must document each interaction with customer into our client database and ensure orders are fulfilled.
Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products
Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
Handle customer complaints or concerns
Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing
Assist General Manager as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
1 + years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
