Windmill Nursery of Louisiana is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As an Inside Sales Rep, you'll be the bridge between our nursery's diverse range of high-quality plants and our customers' gardening needs.

**Position: Inside Sales Representative**
**Location:** Franklinton, Louisiana
**Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding their needs and recommending suitable plants, products, and solutions.
- **Sales:** Utilize your expertise to upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring customers find everything they need for their success.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including plant types, care instructions, and seasonal availability.
- **Order Processing:** Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pickup.
- **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance.
- **Problem Solving:** Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the nursery.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or nursery environment. - Passion for plants, gardening, and outdoor living spaces. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management. - Adaptability to seasonal fluctuations in workload and plant availability.
