Creekside Nursery is seeking a grower for our Woody Ornamentals segment which includes ornamental shrubs and ornamental grasses.  The right person for this role would be: Passionate about horticulture Driven with a self-disciplined approach to achieve results Experience in leading, managing and delegating to a team- providing your team with structure and opportunities for growth in a safe and positive environment Exercise the necessary authority to assure policies are followed and department goals are met. Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining high quality standards. Drive innovation and efficiencies. Comfortable with managing multiple priorities and works well under pressure.
