Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Project Management: Must have a strong understanding of managing project budgets and schedules.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Daily Operations: Coordinate and oversee all daily operations within the installation department, including equipment management and scheduling.
• Site Visits: Conduct periodic visits to construction sites throughout the project lifecycle. During these visits, analyze site conditions, develop strategies to prepare crews, and observe crew performance.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare routine job site performance reports.
• Crew Training: Provide guidance and facilitate job training for the crew.
• Schedule & Budget Management: Ensure crews adhere to schedules and budgets through effective planning, scheduling, training, and leadership.
• Leadership & Planning: Maintain crew schedules and budgets through effective planning, scheduling, and leadership.

• Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management or equivalent training and/or combination of experience in related field
• TDL
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a big plus but not necessary
