The General Manager will lead multiple locations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations, marketing, team management, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and marketing.
• Lead and manage e-commerce operations.
• Evaluate and improve marketing programs.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment.
• Oversee multiple location-specific initiatives and merchandising.
• Enforce company policies and supervise all business aspects.
• Manage POS system operations and staff training.
• Oversee procurement and staff recruitment.
• Ensure quality customer service and assess customer needs.
• Control inventory and handle cash management.
• Maintain facility standards and safety compliance.
